Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer service team at with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item:
    Securely pack your item, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to the address provided. Include the return authorization number inside the package.


Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

Shipping Insurance:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
